Shipping within Australia

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days, subject to delays in some cases
Express delivery: 1–3 business days for metro

Shipping Fees:

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD

A flat rate of $12 AUD applies to orders under $200 AUD

Express shipping $16 flat rate for all orders.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK and New Zealand.

We ship from Australia on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. We do not collect foreign taxes at checkout.
  • UK Customers: Your government charges 20% VAT on all imported items, plus a standard courier clearance fee (approx. £8–£12), payable before delivery.
  • NZ Customers: Orders over $1,000 NZD will incur 15% NZ GST and local border processing fees. Orders under $1,000 NZD generally arrive tax-free but may carry a minor local customs levy.
By completing your purchase, you agree to cover these destination fees. Refused parcels will have return costs deducted from any refund.


Returns Policy

For change of mind purchases we can offer a refund within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customers handle and cover return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method.

Non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Sale items (unless covered)

  • Original postage cost
