Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days, subject to delays in some cases
Express delivery: 1–3 business days for metro

Shipping Fees:

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD

A flat rate of $12 AUD applies to orders under $200 AUD

Returns Policy

For change of mind purchases we can offer a store credit to ensure your complete satisfaction. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are limited to faulty items only.

Reach out at hi@salliactive.com.au with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.

Customers handle and cover return shipping if returning items outside of approved cases. Credits and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method.

Non-refundable:

• Gift cards or store credits

• Sale items (unless covered)

• Original postage cost
